Job summary

MINISO USA in New York is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPI attainment, uphold store standards, and oversee cashiering, opening/closing, and merchandising.

You will also promote the store’s membership program to build loyalty, manage stock levels, handle cash, and ensure visual merchandising is current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader role.
• Retail experience and strong product knowledge a plus.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and assist with loss prevention.
