Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to encourage, inspire and develop team members.
• Minimum 1 year of food service or retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations as Person in Charge when senior manager is not present.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Manage shift tasks including POS transactions and cash control standards.
• Ensure food service programs are executed properly and store cleanliness is maintained.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and equipment upkeep; report hazards as needed.
• Lead and coach team members to meet performance and safety standards.
