Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role drives KPIs, upholds store standards, and oversees tasks from cash handling to merchandising, while actively promoting the store's membership program to build customer loyalty.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will lead by example, train associates, manage POS transactions, and participate in promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business objectives.
