Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms.
