Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in optimizing store execution and customer service. You will lead staff when managers are away, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a calm, efficient shopping environment for every CVS customer.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication with the team, and consistency in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management and drive store execution.
• Supervise store crew and direct activities.
• Communicate with management and crews effectively.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for promotions.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise and reset departments after planograms.
