Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing daily operations and driving customer service excellence in Ohio. The role involves leading staff when no manager is on site and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures.

You will promote CVS customer service culture, handle escalations, and assist customers while maintaining confidentiality. Anticipated weekly hours are ~29 with eligibility for benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is absent.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
