Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead store operations in the absence of a manager. You will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced CVS/pharmacy environment.

The role requires deductive reasoning, strong communication and supervision skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends. High School diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy.
