Job summary

CVS Health in Columbus, GA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed when a manager is not onsite, and drive daily execution with a strong focus on customer service and loyalty.

You will supervise crew, coordinate with management, handle customer questions and complaints, maintain shelves, price merchandise, and ensure displays and inventories are accurate.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise staff.
• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Direct and monitor all activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information clearly between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise and reset departments per planograms (POGs).
