Job summary

CVS Health in Ohio is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, oversee staff, and ensure smooth store operations during openings and closings while delivering excellent customer service.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions, merchandise, and maintain confidentiality, with a 20-hour weekly schedule and pay range of $16/hour. Benefits are available and the role offers a pathway to greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

Supervise the store staff by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory.
Reset departments following planograms.
