Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Ohio to support store management, drive store execution, and foster CVS customer service culture. You will lead staff in the absence of management, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain safety and confidentiality.

The role focuses on managing daily operations, assisting customers, and presenting merchandise. The position requires flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, with a base pay of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager/Operations Supervisor and ensure open/close procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; ensure displays and signs are set and maintained according to planograms.
