CVS Health in Upper Arlington, OH is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and deliver great customer service during openings and closings. You will lead staff in the manager’s absence, supervise daily activities, handle customer questions, price and stock merchandise, and ensure displays and planograms are kept current.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain seasonal merchandise.
