Job summary

The role leads staff when managers are absent, ensures opening/closing tasks are completed, and supports a smooth, compliant shopping experience for customers. Strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store's crew; communicate information within the store.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle customer relations per policy, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory per promotions and seasonal needs; reset departments after changes.
