Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and standards on every shift in the University area of Illinois. You will lead the team, ensure a mind-blowing customer experience, and train new Broistas to perform at peak levels.

The role requires a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and you must maintain food handler certifications and complete mandatory trainings. Join a fun, fast-paced team that values energy and service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Must pass mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.
• Able to complete, pass and maintain required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and prepare team for promos and events.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally.
• Set up the next shift for success (tills, deposits, restocking).
• Communicate wins and opportunities with shop leadership.
