Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Iowa is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and serve customers with mind-blowing energy. You will lead the crew on shift, model the Manifesto, and communicate feedback to leadership.

This full-time role requires 20+ hours per week, flexible scheduling, and training responsibilities for new Broistas; you will manage shift readiness, handle till/setup, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action within the last 90 days.
• Flowcheck score 90% or higher, on time.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regs.
• Must pass mandatory certificates and knowledge tests per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Prepare the shop for promotions and maintain energy and attitude.
• Model the Broista role and train new staff operationally and culturally.
• Set up the next shift with tills, deposits, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Communicate with management and attend mandatory meetings.
