Job summary

Läderach, a Swiss chocolate maker, is hiring a Part Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) for its San Juan store. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while leading the in-store team and upholding brand standards.

The successful candidate will mentor Store Associates, drive sales, ensure product merchandising accuracy, and uphold food safety protocols, with opportunities for training and career growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales or similar fast-paced environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and foster a similar environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training and/or help Store Associates to ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards.
• Ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively.
• Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately.
• Help lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics needing improvement.
• Participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
