Job summary

Läderach is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to drive customer experience and team leadership in our store. You’ll train staff, manage shift tasks, and ensure sales floor flow and merchandising alignment with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, reliability, and a passion for chocolate. Expect a dynamic environment with growth opportunities and a focus on food safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain in-store team environment.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Lead in-store tasks each shift and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure sales floor flow and product merchandising accuracy.
• Follow through on food safety protocols and store compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
