Läderach is looking for a Part-Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) in San Juan, PR to champion the in-store experience and brand standards. You will lead shifts, train team members, and ensure smooth operation while delivering top-notch service and maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement on the sales floor.
• Assist with product merchandising accuracy.
• Help enforce food safety protocols.
• Support achievement of sales objectives and store compliance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
