Läderach in Chicago seeks a Part-Time Shift Lead to champion the in-store experience and lead a small team. As Key Holder you will uphold brand standards, support training, and ensure smooth daily operations across merchandising and service.

You will guide the team on the shop floor, meet sales goals, assist with food safety compliance, and participate in meetings to discuss improvements. Passion for chocolate and reliability are essential.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate and brand standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals and merchandising tasks.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure the sales floor flow and product merchandising accuracy.
