Job summary

Lolli & Pops is hiring a part-time Service Lead/Keyholder in Fairfax, VA. This role supports the store leadership team, drives guest engagement, and helps achieve KPI targets while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor team members, assist with training, and manage inventory, paperwork, and merchandising. The position requires flexibility for peak hours and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities to keep the team efficient.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move items safely.
• Willingness to coach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store targets.
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
