In this role you will assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory, and merchandising while upholding standards. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work flexible hours during peak times.

• Assist in training, developing, and motivating staff.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently among all staff.
• Represent Lolli & Pops positively in the community; lift up to 25 pounds.
