Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Lead by example with coaching and selling skills to maximize performance.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently by all team members.
