Job summary

Ampersand Brands’ Lolli & Pops stores are seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to drive guest experiences and store performance in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure merchandise standards while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, product knowledge coaching, training, inventory management, visuals, and policy enforcement. Lift up to 25 pounds; flexibility to meet busy hours is required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for guest and team interaction.
• Strong organization to maintain efficiency and standards.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs with safety.
• Willingness to coach and mentor team members.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI targets and act to achieve store targets.
• Lead guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Develop team through coaching and selling skills.
• Assist in training, development and motivation of staff.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and operational directives consistently.
• Be an ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
