Job summary

Ampersand Brands’ Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our growing team at Fair Oaks Mall. You’ll be a keyholder and part of the leadership team, guiding guest experiences and coaching staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will drive KPI targets, train team members, and support inventory and store operations in a fast-paced environment. A sweet discount on treats and a collaborative culture complete the package.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store goals.
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and directives are enforced consistently by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
