The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them toward the perfect Lovesac solution. You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, delivering remarkable service and contributing to a team that values inclusivity and care.

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will build lasting relationships, showcase product knowledge, close sales, and support daily store operations while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours, education, and confident sales closures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
