Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate who connects with customers, delivers remarkable results, and helps people design products that fit their lifestyle and space.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-first environment, representing the Lovesac brand with integrity and delivering an engaging store experience. This role covers daily operations and sales excellence while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Willing to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays and nights.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Willing to travel to local stores and for meetings as required.
• Demonstrate integrity and handling of customer data responsibly.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell using the Lovesac selling process.
• Build loyalty and drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey from needs discovery to closing sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging brand experiences.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
