Job summary

Lovesac is a fast-growing furniture brand seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and drive results on the selling floor. You will design spaces with Lovesac products, provide exceptional service, and close sales while upholding brand standards.

You will contribute to a dynamic team, manage daily store operations during shifts, and participate in promotions, events, and trainings designed to deliver Total Comfort™ to customers.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and nights during peak periods.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness with transactions and data.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours; move furniture up to 75 pounds; assemble furniture on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and drive sales using the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours and education, closing sales.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with disciplined execution.
