Job summary

The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers in a fast-paced retail environment and help people design spaces with Lovesac products. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through product knowledge and the sales process to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers with energy, building relationships, and meeting sales goals while upholding Lovesac standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy, while embracing change and new opportunities.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience—delivering compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and confidently closing sales.
• Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
