Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the face of the brand, delivering remarkable service and turning visits into lasting relationships.

You will help customers design spaces using Lovesac products, participate in daily store operations, and support promotions while maintaining brand standards. This role offers a performance-based bonus and benefits in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and utilizing CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores or meetings as required by the Company.
