Lovesac, a fast-growing design-driven furniture brand, is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers and build lasting relationships. You will guide shoppers through product knowledge, demonstrate our Sacs and Sactionals, and drive friendly, frictionless purchases in a busy store environment.

You’ll thrive in a customer-first team, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, accountability, and top-tier service while meeting sales goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required by the company.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, delivering exceptional service and lasting relationships.
