The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, present Lovesac products, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet clients, demonstrate products, and guide them through the purchase journey while building lasting relationships and contributing to store success. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and bonus opportunities in a collaborative team setting.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, and to lift/move objects up to 75 pounds; able to assemble furniture on the selling floor.

• Support daily store operations, opening/closing, inventory, visual standards, and promotions, while upholding brand standards and using store systems and data to prioritize work.
• Deliver on brand standards, safety, and policies in a way that feels approachable and customer-first, while contributing to a positive team environment and protecting the business.
• Staying curious and flexible, take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand growing.
