Job summary

The Lovesac Company is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to energize in-store experiences and help customers design spaces with Lovesac products. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the sales process to close purchases.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, balancing customer service with operational duties, and you will participate in a team-driven culture that values inclusivity and growth.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• 1 year minimum experience in retail or customer service.
• Must work during peak periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support including product demos and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and good judgment in handling transactions and customer data.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move up to 75 pounds, including furniture assembly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy, selling and following Lovesac selling process.
• Build loyalty and drive repeat business through genuine connections.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate and close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
