The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help clients design products for their space. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, representing Lovesac with integrity and enthusiasm.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, daily store operations, and reaching sales goals while providing a positive, in-store experience and brand education to customers.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and move/assemble furniture on the selling floor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and actively sell using the Lovesac selling process while maintaining a personal quote pipeline.
• Build loyalty by creating genuine connections and encouraging repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curious, adaptable service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours, education, and sales closes.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with confident, disciplined execution.
