You will oversee POS systems, loyalty programs, and omni‑channel services, while promoting store programs and protecting assets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, store conditions, and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Lead in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties, loyalty) and omni-channel services.
• Drive protection plans adoption and Extend services awareness.
• Support Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience with expertise.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train and develop team members; maintain asset protection practices.
