Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager for the Wichita Falls, TX store. You will lead a team to deliver strong sales and an engaging customer experience, while ensuring front-end operations, SOP compliance, and brand standards are executed with excellence.

As MOD coverage, you will uphold service standards, manage POS/Self-Checkout, and drive omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and in-store programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS/Self-Checkout operations and ensure smooth transactions.
• Drive in-store programs (Loyalty, protective services) and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
