• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Promote loyalty rewards and protection plans to boost retention and add-ons.
• Drive omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Support asset protection to reduce shrink.
