Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty, guiding a team to achieve store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors. The role blends leadership with hands-on Bear Builder duties, delivering exceptional Guest service and upholding brand standards on a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities include directing associates, providing feedback to management, and engaging Guests to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Be a role model by delivering exceptional Guest service to create memorable experiences.
Guide and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and sales goals.
Model Experience First behaviors.
Provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.
Provide exceptional Guest service during Bear Builder role, engaging with Guests using Experience First Make Behaviors.
Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere and ensure Guests leave satisfied.
Uphold brand standards and ensure cohesive guest experience across the store.
Demonstrate strong team commitment and be dependable and helpful.
