Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge and storytelling to elevate the customer experience.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and drive customer loyalty.
• Lead daily store operations as Leader on Duty and ensure brand standards across merchandising and inventory processes.
