Leap-powered boutique leadership role in New York seeks a hands-on Sales Supervisor who thrives on the sales floor and develops teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences. You will be the Leader on Duty, driving sales, brand standards, and daily operations when the Store Manager is away.

We offer hourly compensation ($23–$25/hr) with bonus eligibility. The role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership and a passion for coaching, customer-centric selling, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor business performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized selling techniques to elevate the customer experience.
• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement, product expertise, and personalized service.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Onboard new team members, reinforce training, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty, ensuring brand standards and exceptional customer experience.
