Leap, Inc. seeks a passionate Sales Supervisor for a boutique powered by the Leap Platform in Brooklyn, opening October 2026. This hands-on leadership role offers an hourly pay range of $21–$25 with bonus eligibility, determined by experience and skills.

You will lead on the sales floor, coach a high-performing team, and ensure an elevated customer experience while driving store operations and brand standards. This role requires flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships, provide product expertise, and create memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide feedback, motivate others, and build positive team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
• Monitor business performance throughout the day, identifying opportunities and adjusting priorities to maximize results.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee daily store operations and uphold brand standards, visual merchandising, inventory, and policy compliance.
