Job summary

Leap Inc is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to represent our portfolio in the NYC Metro store. You will deliver exceptional in-store experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and foster meaningful brand connections.

The role requires flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to support other Leap brands and store openings. You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and act as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury, or high-touch client-facing roles.
• Able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old to align with company standards.
• Active on the sales floor with energy and focus, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual and operational standards on the floor.
• Enhance team and customer engagement and foster brand connections.
• May include opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.
