Job summary

Leap is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a Brooklyn boutique opening October 2026. The role is hands-on, leading a team on the sales floor, coaching performance, and delivering an elevated customer experience.

You will partner with store leadership to hit daily sales goals, maintain brand standards, and support events and openings. 1–3 years in retail leadership is preferred; hourly pay ranges from $21–$25, bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique or premium retail.
• Ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and capability to build relationships and deliver experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others and provide feedback.
• Oversees daily sales floor standards, including organization, replenishment, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and key performance metrics through coaching and floor leadership.
• Deliver authentic customer experiences with product knowledge and personalized service.
• Develop and coach team members, onboard new hires, and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily store operations, merch standards, inventory, shipments, and event support.
