Job summary

Leap Platform is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a boutique in New York. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an elevated in-store experience. When the manager is away, you lead operations, meet sales goals, and maintain brand standards.

You will oversee daily store execution, associate training, and local brand initiatives while collaborating with neighboring Leap stores on market opportunities and openings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique or premium retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and実績 in coaching and development.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
