Job summary

Leap is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our boutique powered by the Leap Platform. This hands-on leader will drive sales on the floor, develop the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll partner with store leadership to onboard new members and uphold brand standards while overseeing daily operations as Leader on Duty. The role focuses on coaching, performance monitoring, and delivering a premium in-store experience, with hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $22 and bonus

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and ability to build relationships and deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching, floor leadership, and strong selling behaviors.
• Monitor business performance throughout the day and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge and personalized selling techniques to elevate the customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty and ensure brand standards are met.
