Job summary

Leap is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a boutique on the Leap Platform. You will act as Leader on Duty, partnering with Store leadership to drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure an elevated in-store experience for customers.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and delivering consistent, personalized service. Bonus eligibility is included with hourly pay in the $20–$24 range and a focus on meeting brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to coach selling behaviors and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Experience with retail tech (Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, Google Workspace) preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching, floor leadership, and strong selling behaviors.
• Monitor business performance throughout the day, identify opportunities, and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized selling techniques to elevate the customer experience.
• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalized service.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive loyalty.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty, ensuring brand standards and policies are followed.
