Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. This hands-on retail leader will drive store sales, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As Leader on Duty, you will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across merchandising, inventory, and events. Compensation includes hourly pay and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate others and build positive team relationships.
• Oversees daily sales floor standards, including organization, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor business performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge and personalized selling techniques to elevate the customer experience.
• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalized service.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Lead onboarding and training, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty, including merchandising, inventory, shipments, and policies.
• Support store events, activations, openings, and market initiatives.
