Job summary

Leap boutique in New York is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to lead on the sales floor, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily sales performance and maintain brand standards across all store operations.

As Leader on Duty, you will oversee onboarding, training, and daily execution, including visuals, inventory, events, and market initiatives to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique or premium retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication, feedback delivery, and team motivation.
• Oversees daily store standards including organization, replenishment, and presentation. Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and key metrics through coaching and floor leadership.
• Coach associates on selling techniques, product knowledge, and personalized service.
• Onboard new team members, reinforce training, and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual standards, inventory, shipments, and events.
