Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager and drive daily sales while coaching the team on a fast-paced floor. This part-time role emphasizes energy, ownership, and customer focus to deliver a premier sneaker purchasing experience.

You'll help manage opening/closing, stock, and customer engagement, while modeling Foot Locker's standards and the brand's culture. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Move with purpose to keep the store organized and customer ready.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and product.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist in hiring/training.
