Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This part-time role emphasizes energy, ownership, and accountability on the floor, driving sales and operational excellence daily.

You will coach staff, manage store tasks, and ensure standards align with Foot Locker's service expectations while supporting a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset and customer focus.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready and running smoothly.
• Address issues and maintain standards with an owner/operator mindset.
