Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining a high-energy store environment. You will lead with ownership and ensure a great customer experience on the floor and in operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage daily tasks, coach staff in service excellence, and help execute store priorities while maintaining standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energetic, customer-focused mindset.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Take ownership of store execution and maintain standards to protect customers and products.
