Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in driving sales results, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly. You will lead on the floor with energy and ownership, ensuring great customer experiences.

You’ll partner with leadership to coach teammates, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and standards. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and excite customers.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store standards and use retail technology to support efficient operations.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with staffing and training.
